Bahrain witnessed the hosting of the WoW Expo 2016 under the patronage of H.E. Sheikha Noora Bin Khalifa Al Khalifa. The expo was launched on the same day as the WoW Fizaa Glamorous Fashion Show-7.

The expo gave a great platform and opportunity for professional and aspiring entrepreneurs to exhibit their products and services.
Exhibitors from different countries presented their unique products at this event. The exhibitors panned across all sections: garments, perfumes, leather goods and accessories, spa, wellness centres, gifts, chocolates and flower centres, handicrafts, jewellery, food, bakery, etc.
Different fashion designers displayed a huge array of their line of clothes which ranged mostly from Bahraini abayas, jalebiyas, western frocks and dresses to exquisite Indian ethnic wear like sarees, kurtas, party wear, etc. Mentionable in this category was primarily the Lulu Hypermarket’s ethnic wear section of a wide range of ethnic Indian wear (sarees, bridal collections and party wear) and also Jalebiyas. The tasteful collection included Silk, Georgette, Tissue, Crepe, Velvet, and so on.
Lulu had also sponsored a wide range of exhibitors. Mentionable amongst them was the celebrity fashion designer Eshaa Amiin collection with a gorgeous Seventies Mix-SS’16 line on one hand and ostentatiously pretty Jalebiyas on the other.

It was a fine balance of Bahraini and Indian exhibits at the show. Madhurya, the ethnic wear collection of the Art of Living had an exquisite collection of Indian sarees and dresses. Included in the list was also the Colours of India, a boutique of Handmade Exquisite Crafts and Fabrics.
On the other hand, Bahraini fashion houses like Mizyana, Nephertiti , and so on brought to the table uniquely creative lines of Arabic and western garments as well as handcrafted semi-precious jewellery.

Besides these, the show was augmented by the participation of various other enterprises like Cakes and Bakes, Vie Lifestyle Lab, Golden Lark Fine Art, Shanzelize fashion designers, Paramed Rehabilitaro-PT & Acupuncture, Al Resalah Medical Center, Poinsettia Gifts, Dr Rana Alammadi Consultant Aesthetic Medicine, and so on.
A truly successful initiative, the WoW exhibition provided a beautiful platform to established and start-up enterprises and was a seat of rich cultural exchanges.
