Y.K. Almoayyed & Sons (YKA), the exclusive distributor for Renault across Bahrain, has forged a new chapter in their story with the launch and opening of Renault’s newest state-of-the-art showroom in Bahrain.
The new showroom was inaugurated in Sitra on 21 January 2017, in the presence of Farouk Almoayyed, Chairman, Y.K. Almoayyed & Sons His Excellency Bernard Regnauld-Fabre, Ambassador of France to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Marwan Haidamous, Managing Director of Renault Middle East, YKA directors and other top officials, the Almoayyed Family, media and customers.
YKA intends to transform the way their customers experience Renault, hence the rollout of the new Renault store – a new visual space identity concept, in line with Renault’s leading global standards and specifications.
The new showroom will focus on Renault’s brand identity and give customers an experience like never before. Right from their first touch point to browsing around the showroom, customers will get to experience what Renault has to offer in a new light.
Renault being a major sponsor of The French Week – which took place between 18 and 23 January – the launch date of the showroom was chosen to be in line with the celebrations, taking place on 21 January 2017. Commenting on the inauguration, Mona Almoayyed, Director, YK Almoayyed & Sons said “We are very proud to have achieved such a huge milestone. Managing Director, Renault Middle East, Mr. Marwan Haidamous also remarked “Renault is consistently growing owing to leading partners like Y.K. Our current market share is 3.6% and that’s 1.2 points additional versus 2016. We have achieved the best M/S ever in the GCC and Egypt. With the Renault store, we are delivering a unique experience through an outlet that is modern, friendly and dynamic. By 2017, all our showrooms in the GCC will bear the colors of Renault Store. These new facilities will offer the best customer service experience.”
Themed zones will segregate the showroom. Four zones – News, Passion, Z.E. and Sport – will showcase different and interesting aspects of Renault. The News Zone will display the newest model, the Passion Zone will display the most recent models, Z.E. Zone will display Renault’s electric models and the Sport Zone will showcase the Renault sport range.
Some of the other exciting things to look forward to in the new showroom is the Configurator which allows customers to take vehicle customizations to a whole new level, as well as a large screen that displays informative and engaging content, and a Brand Bar where visitors can sit and use the tablets to browse through the various available models, prices and offers.
