Y. K. Almoayyed & Sons (YKA) recently hosted two groups of students from Al Jaberiya Technical School at their Heavy Equipment Service Centre located in Sitra Industrial Area as part of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program ‘Edmaj’.
The groups which consisted of 35 students and teachers were given a guided tour of the state-of-the-art facility and were explained the service process, from the time a vehicle or a job repair request is received until the final service or repair job is completed and the vehicle is handed over to the customer.
The heavy equipment service facility which was inaugurated in 2016 boasts of several innovative machinery and equipment which the school faculty felt was necessary for the development of the students, help them be up to date with the latest technology and also provide the students a glimpse of the employment market.
