Zain Bahrain, a leading telecommunications provider in the Kingdom, hosted eight students from British School of Bahrain for a one-week educational and work experience program.
The British School 10th grade students got first-hand experience of Zain Bahrain operator’s vibrant internal culture by working within various departments including the Call Center, Retail, Marketing, Technology, and others. Students received an overview of the mobile telecommunications technology, visited the switching center, worked with both Zain Bahrain Call Center and Retail Agents and participated in several educational workshops, including soft skills and career development seminars. The students also received Certificates of Attendance which were presented by Zain Bahrain Human Resources which comes under Zain F.U.N program (Future University Network). The F.U.N. program gives university students the opportunity to play a role in shaping their communities while exploring their capabilities and identifying skill sets they should work to acquire.
Zain Bahrain is eager to stimulate young minds and the aim for the educational tour is to give students information directly from the source, so that they can learn in depth about Zain’s products and services.
