Zain Bahrain Organizes a Technology Camp for Kids

Zain Bahrain, a leading telecoms operator in the Kingdom, is organizing Zain’s Technology Camp for kids to keep children occupied during the summer holidays, as part of Zain Bahrain’s new STEAM Robotics Program and on ongoing educational technological awareness to improve creative education styles amongst the next generation.

Zain Bahrain’s Technology Camp which is organized in partnership with AlRuwad Centre is meant for children between the ages of 6 and 16. The camp guarantees hours of fully supervised, interactive and educational entertainment from July 1st to August 30th. The Technology camp activities include learning the basics of building robots, STEAM projects, game development and mad science as well as other entertaining activities such mental games, arts and crafts.

“The Technology Camp is a continuation of Zain Bahrain’s efforts to support the community. Our children are the future and Zain Bahrain’s aim is to improve the intellectual, social and technological education awareness amongst the next generation. We stress on fun but at the same time we want our children to learn and Zain Bahrain’s Technology Camp will allow children how to engage in aspects of game development and real-life robotics technology.” said Shaikh Abdulla Al Khalifa, Zain Bahrain Director of Corporate Communications & Investor Relations.

Zain Bahrain’s Technology Camp will be for a half-day and will take place at Zain Tower in Seef District.  The camp will officially start on 1st July; divided into four groups starting on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00am to 12:00pm and from 4:00pm to 7:00pm and on Saturday, Monday and Wednesday from 9:00am to 12:00pm and from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. The camp is aimed for children from the age of 6 and 16, parents will be responsible for transporting their children to the camp. For more information, please call 3777 4888.
