Zain Bahrain reminds its customers to register their lines before deadline

Zain Bahrain, a leading telecoms operator in the Kingdom, reminds its customers to ensure continuity of service on their post-paid SIM cards and home broadband lines by registering their lines by the end of September 1, 2018. The registration initiative falls in line with the ongoing efforts of the Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (TRA) to protect customers against fraud and identity theft.

Registration of Zain Bahrain post-paid SIM cards and home broadband lines can be completed at any of Zain Bahrain’s 19 stores, conveniently located across the Kingdom. Customers can also choose to register their lines via the Zain Bahrain express delivery service, which can be completed by visiting www.eshop.bh.zain and requesting a trained representative to complete the service at your convenience.

Documents required for registration include either a valid Bahraini CPR, a valid GCC national identity card, or valid passport.

Unregistered post-paid SIM cards and home broadband lines will face a temporary suspension of service following the September 1, 2018 deadline. Customers will have a grace period in which they can register their lines, before final deactivation will occur on December 2, 2018.
