This marks the second year of Zain Bahrain’s support for the popular event, which will take place from 6th to 7th of March in Bahrain National Theatre.
As Gold Sponsor and Official Telecom Partner, Zain Bahrain will host a panel discussion on ‘diversity in the workplace’ in partnership with C5 Accelerate on 6th of March, and will feature Fatima Haider, Zain Bahrain’s Organizational Development Specialist. The panel will emphasise on the importance of diversity in the workplace, how companies can align diversity practices with their organizational goals and whether diversity is an inclusion fad or a competitive advantage. It will also highlight cultural barriers and gender bias challenges in the workplace and how can organisations avoid such issues when recruiting.
Additionally, Zain Bahrain will provide attendees with complimentary Zain WiFi throughout the event.
