The Ballet Philippines dazzled the crowd with their amazing show “Master Pieces” at the Bahrain National Theatre on August 10, as part of the 2015 Bahrain Summer Festival. The show is a collaboration between the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA) and the Philippines Embassy in Bahrain.
Led by artistic director Paul Alexander Morales, the performance featured a dozen selected vignettes of the most acclaimed works from Ballet Philippines’ 45-year history. Established in 1969, the company is a prominent cultural institution, and has performed in over 400 local and international ballets.
The popular annual festival, organized by BACA, runs from July 30 to August 31, and features a diverse group of top performers and amazing stage shows.
