Shopping at City Centre Bahrain just became a lot easier and smoother. Available for the first time in Bahrain, the service invites shoppers to drop off their shopping bags and collect them later or have them delivered anywhere at their convenience.
The innovative service is designed for all types of visitors: parents strolling around the mall with little ones, shoppers looking for some relief, tourists looking to have their shopping bags delivered to their hotel room. The Hands Free Shopping service takes the strain away whilst visitors continue their visit, grab a bite to eat and maybe catch a movie.
How it works:
Shoppers can drop off bags at the Hands Free collection desks located in multiple locations around the mall. With peace of mind, all items will be securely sealed in the mall by Fetchr representatives who will arrange delivery or collection depending on your preference. Delivery can be conveniently scheduled using the Fetchr’s mobile app or calling the Hands Free Shopping team on (+973) 77388827, 15 minutes before leaving the mall.
The service is completely free of charge for deliveries made inside the mall, to your car, or to hotels connected to the mall. Home delivery can also be done anywhere in Bahrain for BD 3 for a same day delivery, and BD 1.8 for next day delivery.
The Hands Free Shopping service was launched for the first time in the UAE at Mall of the Emirates, and according to a mall survey, customer satisfaction is at 95% with many customers praising the ‘wow’ effect of getting their bags delivered at the click of a button in a few minutes anywhere, anytime.
