The 9TC had recently conducted another Communication Strategies Training at the Wyndham Garden Hotel in Juffair, Manama for the Employees of Foulath Holding
This Tamkeen Supported Training Program has been delivered primarily to help participants understand the impact of their communication skills have on their colleagues, clients, and other people. This enables them to explore on improving this skill to make it easier for them to get along with others in the workplace, and in general – in life.
Employees of Foulath have expressed their appreciation to the Nine Training Center Chairperson and CEO – H.E. Shaikha Noora Khalifa Al Khalifa, Managing Partner and Director – Mrs. Gopika Beri, and to the Foulath Holding Management more specifically to their Human Resource Manager – Ms. Suhaila Al Sadiq and their Training and Career Development Officers – Ms. Aamal Al-Shaikh and Khadra Mailer. They are extremely enthusiastic about using their enhanced skill, improved ability to communicate effectively and deal with difficult situations more assertively.
The Nine Training Center located in Zinj focuses on providing exclusive, effective and distinctive training programs in terms of quality of inputs, processes, and outputs in training and human resources development at the local and regional levels. For Bahraini Nationals, a huge array of international and local training programs are being offered at the Nine Training Center through Tamkeen’s various schemes.
