Dragon City, Bahrain’s flagship wholesale and retail shopping destination, located in Diyar Al Muharraq, hosted Gurgaon festivities on Monday, the 20th of June 2016. To celebrate the culturally iconic festival of Gurgaon, families were treated to a children oriented night in Dragon City. Visitors flocked to Dragon City to enjoy the many fanciful elements that were on show as they engaged in events that catered to the imagination of the children, to ensure a day well spent. Children attended wearing traditional Bahraini attire and were caught up in a world of fun.
On the night, kids were provided with mini pouches filled with nuts and candy, and a number of shows and activities were featured, ranging from a traditional Bahraini Fraisa performance to a corner where the young ones learnt to make their own paper lanterns and indulge in ceramic painting.
In addition to that, a photo wall showcasing a façade of an Arabic house was put up as part of a photo booth in which visitors captured their favorite moments, as well as Henna painting that coloured the little ladies’ evening, and to complement the many festive moments, mascots spread throughout Dragon City to provide non-stop entertainment, much to the delight of the children.
