Kuwait Finance House – Bahrain Honors Outstanding Employees with “Fursan Baytik” Awards

Kuwait Finance House – Bahrain has honored another batch of employees under the ‘Fursan Baytik’ Employee Recognition programme in recognition of their outstanding achievements and performance during the final quarter of 2018.

Mr. Abdulhakeem AlKhayyat, the Managing Director and CEO at KFH-Bahrain, presented awards and certificates of appreciation to the employees at an award ceremony held at the Bank’s Headquarters located at Bahrain World Trade Center, in the presence of several officials and executives from the Bank. The employees that were honored included Mr. Khalid Al Ammadi from the Shari’a Audit Department in the ‘Teamwork’ Award category, Mr. Khalid Al- Ammer from the Corporate Banking Group in the ‘Teamwork’ Award Category, and Mr. Imran Rafeeq from the Financial Control Department for the “Smart Performance” Award Category.

Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Abdulhakeem AlKhayyat revealed: “We are delighted to kick-off 2019 by honoring these outstanding employees through the ‘Fursan Baytik’ programme, and would like to congratulate them on their exceptional achievements and wish them all the success in the future. Fursan Baytik recognition programme has been a successful platform to recognize exemplary employees every quarter who show strong perseverance, diligence and who continuously pursue to develop their careers and gain academic knowledge.”

“The Bank will continue to develop and implement unique programmes which aim to enhance the corporate environment and inspire our employees to strive for excellence in work with continuous innovation and creativity.” Mr. Alkhayyat added.

‘Fursan Baytik’ Programme is an employee recognition program that recognizes the achievements of KFH employee members in areas such as outstanding and smart performance, innovation, leadership, teamwork, ambassadorship, customer service, as well as professional and academic development, and social responsibility.
