Under the patronage of HE Jameel Bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan, Labour and Social Development Minister, Bahrain Secretaries Association and Worksmart for Events Management announced first “Gulf Executive Leadership Support Forum”, which aims at enhancing the skills and experience in office management of administrative professionals with the latest international practices in this advanced field.
This special event will be held at the Gulf Convention Center, 06 to 08 of November 2018.
A number of sessions and workshops will be conducted at the forum to review the latest international standards of administrative professional’s work, in addition to how the secretarial tasks are not only evolved receiving calls, managing emails and organizing managers’ agenda however to provide basic information, control communications within organizations and assist in decision making.
The forum will be attended by local and international experts in administrative professional work to share the attendees with their accumulated experience and exchange ideas.
“The first GLS Forum will highlight the role of administrative professionals to help decision-makers to ease burdens until organizations achieve their objectives. A secretary is responsible for providing quality information service to all departments in the workplace to contribute in decision-making and proper planning of their organizations.
