    Satisfied with your Hajj Agency? Well, you can improve it

    It’s the time of the year when all citizen and resident pilgrims of the Kingdom are allowed to anonymously and with full transparency express their opinions towards their selected Hajj agencies through the ‘Pilgrims Feedback on Hajj Travel Agencies’ eService. The evaluation should be about the Hajj agency which they have joined this year to perform Hajj rituals in the current holy season.

    Accessible on the national eGovernment portal (Bahrain.bh) and enabled from the first day of Eid, the eService is provided in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Waqf (MOJ) and the Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA). It is conducted only by registered pilgrims – offering them the opportunity to evaluate – in Arabic – as their feedback unquestionably has direct impact on the overall assessment of the Hajj agency.

    The purpose behind this service is to continuously improve the offerings of the agencies which are monitored and evaluated by a concerned committee.
