An audience of more than 200 is expected to come together to consider what it takes to be a successful woman at the second annual Women’s Peak Performance Summit in Abu Dhabi next month.

According to Anna Heystek the Summit co-founder, Women’s Peak Performance features a cast of extraordinary speakers coming together to inspire and encourage women to have the courage and gusto to live a life of full potential.

“Our theme for this year’s Women’s Peak Performance Summit is “Inspire, Discover and Achieve”, and we take the audience on a life journey throwing the spotlight on likely areas of collaborative change, success, and fulfillment,” said Heystek, who is also Managing Director of Esc@pe Events.

The one-day Summit consists of interactive master classes covering the seven areas – or peaks – of a women’s path to success.

“We have identified seven areas that enable success when they are each positively aligned and balanced. These are career, finance, social, environment, emotional intelligence, mind, and physical,” shared Mountain High’s Julie Lewis, also the Summit co-founder, author of “Moving Mountains “and a motivational speaker.

She confirmed that each of the seven sessions is led by a presenter known for their own personal and professional achievements, set to share their own journey, as well as the top tips, tools and strategies they used to overcome any challenges along the way.

Meanwhile, Khuloud Al Nuwais, Chief Sustainability Officer at Emirates Foundation is on-board as the Summit’s Ambassador.

“The Women’s Peak Performance presents a fabulous, timely opportunity for women to take quality time-out to focus on their self-growth and well-being across all spheres of their life,” she said.

Al Nuwais is an ‘early achiever’, being named among the ‘Top 20 Most Influential Women in the UAE’ by The National in 2008 in acknowledgement of her pivotal role in establishing the Emirates Foundation in 2005. She was awarded the Emirates Foundation Mentorship Award in 2013 and the Emirates Woman Award for Leadership by Dubai Quality group in 2015.

The speaker lineup includes two more Emirati trailblazers: Aisha Al Ameer, the first Emirati from Abu Dhabi to go to the Arctic and Antarctica, and Ayesha Al Baloushi from the Environment Agency of Abu Dhabi.

The social session will be led by Dr Oudi Abouchara of Inspired Results, with Six Seconds Middle East’s, Maggie Williams set to share the value of a well-honed emotional intelligence.

The all-important financial peak will be delivered by Bradley Erasmus who will share his own story on how he went from being $65,000 in debt to a millionaire. Bradley is a lecturer at the University of Beijing, specialising in educating women to be financially savvy.

Another noted facilitator is UK-based Isobel McArthur, a Life Transformation specialist who will lead a conversation on the importance of nurturing confidence and the vulnerabilities that come with it.

“The doors of opportunity are wide open for women in the UAE to unlock their highest potential in business, sports and life and we are ready to open even more doors at the Summit. We are delighted to have the support of key strategic partners with shared values,” Heystek said.
