Mercury MENA, one of the most prominent engineering solution providers in the Middle East and North African region, is sponsoring the upcoming 8th Anniversary celebration of the Sri Lankan Engineering Society.
The event will take place on Thursday, 2nd of June 2016 at Downtown Rotana-Manama under the patronage of H.E. Dr. Saj U. Mendis, the Sri Lankan Ambassador to Bahrain.
As part of Mercury MENA’s commitment to its Corporate Social Responsibility towards the community, the company is delighted to be associated with the Sri Lankan Engineering Society’s anniversary celebration as an event sponsor. Mercury MENA employs a good number of Sri Lankans in their head office as well as in their ongoing projects in the MENA region.
The Sri Lankan Engineering Society is primarily involved with the development of Sri Lankan Engineering professionals working in Bahrain. During its eight years of existence, the society has conducted numerous high quality activities such as BSc Degree programmes and Contract Administration workshops in addition to a variety of technical seminars, workshops, debates and panel discussions. They have also earned a name for conducting social activities that are beneficial for the entire Sri Lankan community living in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
