Al Haddad Motors won two customer services awards at this year’s Mercedes-Benz Cars Middle East Customer Services Conference that was held in Dubai.

Al Haddad Motors received the Dealer Retail Standard Fulfilment award and the Best Planning and Forecasting award based on their performance in 2018.

The awards were presented by the President and CEO of MBCME, Mark De Haes and the Director of Customer Services at MBCME, Thilo Grossman to the General Manager of Al Haddad Motors, Mr. Warren Hudson, who was accompanied by the Al Haddad Motors Aftersales Manager, Mr. Ian Beattie, the Parts Manager, Mr. Jorge Roldao, and the Marketing Manager, Mr. Imran Ali.

“These awards merely mark the starting line and not the finishing line for Al Haddad Motors. Our Customer Services department have embarked on a journey to improve procedures and performance in every single aspect of our daily business.” said Mr. Warren Hudson, “We will strive continuously and endeavour to set the standards in Customer Services that everyone else will be measured by.”

The conference was attended by representatives from all the Mercedes-Benz General Distributors from the region, which consists of all GCC and Levant markets, as well as representatives from Daimler AG and MBCME.
