AJM Kooheji Group and Orchid developers have signed the contract agreement for the Air Conditioning works of The Spiral Orchid being developed at Water Garden City, Seef. The contract is worth USD 2 million. Present at the signing were Mr. Mohammed Kooheji, Director, AJM Kooheji Group and Dr. Bashar Ahmadi, Managing Director, Orchid Developers.
The project has an Iconic and unique design which features state of the art facilities with access to the beach at Water Garden City. The air-conditioning systems feature the most energy efficient Tropical Inverter Air Conditioning Systems from LG Electronics. AJM Kooheji Group have been the sole distributors of LG Electronics/Home Appliances and Commercial Air Conditioning in Bahrain for over 35 years.
The Inverter air conditioners use environment friendly refrigerant R-410, and gives a 30% electricity saving over conventional On/Off air-conditioners.
The development of the Spiral Orchid is ongoing at a fast pace and expected to be fully complete by mid-year 2022.

The Air Conditioners are also extremely silent in operation, requires very less maintenance and offer customer friendly features and can also be connected to LG Thinq app by which the customers can control the units through the net remotely with accessories available at a nominal cost.
