Manama, Bahrain: Al Areen Palace and Spa initiated a gathering that took place on 15th August for their local employees to recognize the effort, loyalty, and the work that they have dedicated over these years.
Al Areen Palace and Spa celebrated the work of the employees by honoring them and appreciating the invaluable efforts made by the employees in servicing customers and ensuring that Al Areen Palace and Spa’s vision and values are incorporated in their daily interactions with customers.
The employees of different departments were assured they would receive suitable opportunities for higher training and development. At the end of the gathering, as a token of appreciation, a letter was given to all the employees regarding a change in the salary scheme.
