Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C. (Alba), one of the world’s leading aluminium smelters and a pioneering corporate citizen in the Kingdom, celebrated the Gergaoon night with its employees and their families through a festival that was held at Alba Club on Saturday June 18, 2016.
Alba’s Chief Financial Officer, Ali Al Baqali was the patron of the ceremony, which featured traditional games, local dishes, live-music, prizes and gifts for Alba employees and their children to mark this joyful occasion. Also present were the Chief Marketing Officer Khalid A. Latif, acting Chief Operations Amin Sultan, representatives from Alba Unions, Department Managers and many employees alongside their family members and children.
Speaking on this occasion, Alba’s Chief Financial Officer, Ali Al Baqali remarked:
“Gergaoon is an important event on the social calendar for the Holy Month of Ramadan. We believe that celebrating it with our employees and families is an integral part of our Ramadan much-awaited activities and an excellent opportunity to strengthen the “one-family” spirit at Alba.”
