Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C. (Alba), one of the leading employers in the Kingdom of Bahrain, bolstered its commitment towards the development of its workforce by conducting a leadership workshop titled “Boss vs. Leader” for its non-management employees recently at the Alba Club.
The workshop, delivered by Alba’s Chief Executive Officer, Tim Murray, aimed at providing the attendees with suitable leadership skills needed to compete in the global markets.
Commenting on the workshop, Alba’s Chief Executive Officer, Tim Murray, stated:
“Employees are our most valuable assets in the Company. We believe that through direct communication, we will be able to connect with our human capital to share our goals and priorities. Also, one-on-one workhops with our employees ensure getting the message across the different layers of management as well as engage directly with the workforce.”
It is worthy to note that the “Boss vs. Leader” workshop was originally presented to Alba’s Executives, Directors and Managers followed by its management employees. The workshop was then extended to the non-management employees in order to ensure that they too are equipped with the valuable leadership skills covered in the workshop.
