Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C. (Alba)’s basketball team was crowned once again the champion of the National Action Charter of Bahrain Basketball Tournament that was held from 16 February – 5 March 2018 at Alba Club premises.
Alba (1) team defeated Garmco team (83-70) in the final match that was attended by Alba’s Chief Executive Officer Tim Murray, and executive management members.
Commenting on this occasion, Alba’s CEO, Tim Murray, said:
“At Alba, we believe in teams and by incorporating teamwork into everything we do, we will create the building blocks for our future success.
Working together as one team in this tournament made us won the championship. We congratulate our team for their well-earned victory and we wish them the very best in future challenges.”
Organised by Alba Club, the tournament featured the participation of six teams from different organizations in Bahrain, including RCSI, Tatweer, DHL, Garmco, Filipino Club (Pilipino), Barcelona Tower Trading in addition to two teams from Alba.
