Ms. Dalal AlQais, General Manager of BisB Retail Banking, stated: “Providing a seamless digital services by eliminating the need for our customers to visit an actual branch is of most importance to today’s more technologically savvy end user. By following three easy steps online, customers will be able to get any banking product, or perform most transactions with ease, and within 2 business days, a BisB representative will arrange to meet the customer for verification and to collect all necessary documents.”

Ms. AlQais added: “This quantum leap is another further advancement in the portfolio of products and services offered by the Bank and is an integral pillar of BisB’s three year Back-to Basics strategy.”
