Provided by the Ministry of Health and the Information & eGovernment Authority through the National eGovernment Portal Bahrain.bh; the Immunization eServices encompass a variety of value-added facilities and information to the public concerning vaccines. Users of the numerous services can view and retrieve their children’s, student’s or health worker’s immunization records.

Users can also view the current
used immunization schedules with details like age, name of vaccine
along with the doses for children, adolescents, unimmunized women, elderly and high risk groups, adults, pilgrims as well as travelers. The portal also provides citizens various descriptions for every available immunization in the Kingdom regarding the nature of vaccine, possible reactions and contradictions.

In the event of a student missing the immunization session at school for not being present, parents may visit the portal to download and fill the Defaulters Immunization Form then visit their designated health center to be vaccinated. Full names of abbreviated immunizations are also available for users who are questioning certain used acronyms. Another service involve information of general possible vaccine contradictions along with a section on Important Facts about vaccines and the misconceptions concerning vaccine contraindications.
