First Motors Employees Attend Data Driven Marketing Training in Frankfurt, Germany

First Motors, the exclusive distributor of Hyundai vehicles in the Kingdom of Bahrain, recently sent two of its staff members to Frankfurt, Germany for a Data Driven Marketing Training.

The training took place in Hyundai Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt, Germany over a period of 3 days. Mr. Ali Mohammed Al-Khuzaei, the Assistant Marketing Manager and Ms. Muna Abdulrahim, the Customer Relationship Management Officer of First Motors attended the seminar and were each provided with a certificate for successfully completing the course.

Image 2 (1)The training elaborated on the numerous ways and techniques of obtaining a customer data base and linking it with digital media portals such as websites and social media networks, to keep in touch and provide one on one communication with existing and prospective clients. This enables businesses to provide an overall improved customer service and experience with the brand.

The aim of the training was to provide the trainees with methods on how they can collect personal information on buyers such as their ages, birthdays, marital status and income levels. This gives business owners a better understanding of their clients, and helps them to assess the needs, wants and expectations of their customers.
