Downtown Rotana Hosts Specialised Training for Staff to Enhance Customer Service for Special Needs

Downtown Rotana, the luxury hotel in the heart of Manama, has partnered with regional CSR consultants, CSR Regional Network, in an effort to enhance the skills of its hotel staff when handling guests with special needs. An intensive one-day training session was held at Downtown Rotana’s Al Maha Ballroom, in the presence of over 60 staff members and the active involvement and support of individuals with special needs.

This specialised training was organised to enhance the skills set of our team and further ensure that they are capable to offer all our guests, without exception, the best service possible.
