Emarsys Partners Up With Gulf Air To Enhance Automated Communication

Gulf Air – the national carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain – has recently started a strategic partnership with Emarsys – the largest independent marketing platform company in the world – with the aim of enhancing its automated communication with its customers through email and digital media platforms.

With this deal, Gulf Air will now be connected to the passengers prior to and post the flight experience with value added and personalized communication. The airline has chosen Emarsys for its quality services of top personalization and marketing automation solutions. This will enhance the overall customer experience at every step of the journey. Offered Emarsys features to Gulf Air will include hyper targeted promotions, data driven newsletters, personalized content for Falconflyer members and customer behavior tracking. With the objective to ensure high level of customer satisfaction and enhance the customer experience, the airline will work closely with Emarsys to fully integrate communication platforms that enables it to stay agile and understand its customers’ interests on individual basis.
