First Motors, the exclusive distributor of Hyundai vehicles in the Kingdom of Bahrain, recently sent its HR and Admin Officer, Mr. Saleh Al Shaikh to Dubai for the 2016 Africa and Middle East Hyundai Distributor Training Manager Workshop.
The workshop was held on the 14th and 15th of November 2016 at the HMC Training Centre and Mr. Saleh was provided with a certificate for successfully completing the course. The aim of the workshop was to provide the trainees with an understanding of Hyundai Commercial Vehicles and to enhance the ability of cultivating sales competency for each region.
The workshop included a Sales Training Conference where they held an online Sales Training Program and a Presentation for Distributors’ Sales Training Practice. A Sales Training Plan and Operation Plan were discussed as part of the conference, and practice sessions were conducted for the same. A Product Training Conference took place on the next day where project managers from headquarters briefed participants on Virtual Simulation Training and the effectiveness of training based on their performance of last year.
