The Bahrain British Business Forum (BBBF), in partnership with SteppingStone Global (SSG), a leading training, consulting and coaching organisation, held its first speed networking event for members and their guests at Al Murjan ballroom at the Movenpick Hotel in Muharraq.
The event, first of its kind for BBBF, featured Mr. Jean Nicolai, Founder and President of SteppingStone Global and a Master Neuro-Linguistic Programme practitioner, and Mr. Mike Orlov, SteppingStone Global Partner and a seasoned media veteran, as lead coaches. Mr. Nicolai and Mr. Orlov highlighted the effectiveness of networking for connecting and fostering business relationships. More than 80 BBBF members and their guest attended the event.
Commenting on the success of the speed networking event Mr. Orlov said: “SteppingStone Global is glad to have been part of the success of BBBF’s first speed networking initiative. Building and developing mutually beneficial professional connections with other business people is the corner stone for establishing effective business relationships. We are delighted at the response received from the participants and look forward to more events together with the BBBF.”
The BBBF is a growing network of businessmen and women in Bahrain, which now has over 450 members. The forum aims to promote trade and investment between Bahrain and Britain by offering opportunities for networking and knowledge sharing between the two business communities.
