The classes with Paediatrician would cover issues related to new-born’s health, caring for the infant, etc., whereas the sessions with Gynaecologist will help alleviate concerns related to labour and delivery. The classes on skin-care will cover pregnancy-related skin problems while the antenatal exercises will keep the pregnant women fit during pregnancy and flexible for delivery.

The classes will be held every Tuesday of the week starting from August 6th and then on 13th, 20th and 27th August from 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm at the Bahrain Specialist Hospital Medical Library on the 1st Floor. The fitness sessions will be held at the physiotherapy department after each class.
