HUAWEI P30 Series Continues to Surpass Expectations as Most Innovative Performing Product on Market

HUAWEI continues to push the boundaries of innovation through introducing other groundbreaking technologies such as built-in AI, camera and photography capabilities catering to a wider base of consumers and tapping in to different market segments.

Beyond technological innovation, HUAWEI emphasizes functional and secure features that appeal to those in business, fashion and design to keep up its competitive advantage, a clear distinction prioritizing all consumer segments first and foremost.

HUAWEI’s P30 Series, the company’s latest flagship, continues to successfully surpass expectations. Hailed as a camera experience unlike any other, “rewriting the rules of photography”, the P30 Series has further cemented the brand’s preference on local and global levels. In Bahrain, sales of the HUAWEI P30 series have surpassed the sales of last flagship, HUAWEI Mate 20 Series, by 114%, with the brand rapidly becoming the second biggest smartphone brand globally in Q1 2019.

One of the key successes of the iconic HUAWEI P30 Series, is its integration of the consumer experience. The device delivers on consumer usage habits, integrating innovative updates to standard features such as its state-of-the-art camera to meet consumer needs using pioneering technologies. The HUAWEI P30 series boasts the world’s first ever Leica Quad Camera with cutting-edge HUAWEI SuperSpectrum Sensor and SuperZoom Lens which allow Huawei to push the envelope of smartphone photography.

The HUAWEI P30 and P30 Pro accomplish this by using a large 1/1.7-inch RYYB sensor for their primary camera. It replaces green pixels in the RGGB Bayer array with yellow pixels to allow more light into the sensor achieving greater light sensitivity, better low noise capture and improved color reproduction. Addressing close-up photography needs, the HUAWEI P30 Pro features a SuperZoom Lens fitted into the ultra slim chassis, supporting 5x optical zoom, 10x hybrid zoom and 50x digital zoom. The lens uses a prism to bend light at a 90-degree angle, enabling users to see farther, a key differentiator among competing phones.

Intuitive to the user experience, the HUAWEI P30 series additionally supplies memory space in 8GB RAM and ROM options ranging from 128GB to 512GB. The HUAWEI P30 Pro features a large 4,200mAh battery that supports a new generation of faster and more convenient capabilities such as the 40W HUAWEI SuperCharge, along with 15W HUAWEI Wireless Quick Charge and Wireless Reverse Charge. In its promise to provide smooth performance across its product line, the HUAWEI P30 series is powered by Kirin 980, the brand’s latest and most powerful smartphone chipset. Further proof of its growing market preference, HUAWEI overcomes challenges in the global smartphone market with its stellar business performance and has been able to achieve 50% growth year-on-year, recording the fastest growing brand among the top 10 global brands.

The launch of the P30 Series created great interest and positive feedback from consumers, which was evident through the product pages on the Consumer Business Group website, which recorded an increase of 57% in website visits during the first month of its launch compared to the P20 series and 38% compared with the Mate 20 series.
