The Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA) has transferred its ID card services from its Mina Salman branch to its Isa Town branch temporarily, starting from today ,June 30th, for one week, pending the completion of maintenance work.
ID issuance services to expatriates, which is provided through the Mina Salman branch, will be offered in Isa Town this week during its working hours, from Sunday to Wednesday from 7am to 3pm, and Thursday from 7am to 2.30pm.
iGA notes that many of its services are available through several channels, including the National Portal Bahrain.bh, the eGovernment App Store (www.bahrain.bh/apps) and eKiosks, which are located in government entities, offices, malls and other public areas.
iGA apologizes to clearance agents, expatriates and other visitors to Mina Salman branch for any inconvenience as a result of this abrupt switch. It also welcomes comments or queries through the National Contact Center 80008001, which operates 24 hours a day.
