Euro Motors Jaguar Land Rover launched its latest aftersales initiative that will allow customers to have their Jaguar or Land Rover serviced in 90 minutes or less.
Designed by Jaguar Land Rover, the Accelerated Service program aims to make service visits to showroom as convenient as possible. In order to complete the entire process within 90 minutes, Euro Motors Jaguar Land Rover will be dedicating 3 highly trained technicians to work on a single vehicle at a time. This would ensure that every aspect of the vehicle is serviced well and the entire process is completed in a timely manner. Furthermore, customers are also offered a complimentary Vehicle Health Check along with a free wash for their vehicles.
Speaking on the latest initiative, Mr. Stephen Lay, the General Manager of Euro Motors Jaguar Land Rover, said: “After Sales services play a pivotal role in strengthening the bond with our customers. We understand that it is an inconvenience to have to make multiple visits to our showroom to drop off and pick up ones vehicle for a service, hence the introduction of our Accelerated Service initiative. The program will ensure that one’s vehicle is tended to by a specially trained Jaguar Land Rover technician team, that is capable of fitting a long list of well-choreographed tasks and inspections into a surprisingly short time.”
“The service starts when a customer arrives at the showroom. They will be met by a service consultant waiting to expedite the check-in process. Once the check-in is complete, customer will be directed to the client lounge, which offers comfortable seating, wireless internet access and complimentary refreshments. With this program, customers will find it fast and more convenient than ever to wait while the servicing is being done. We encourage our customers to visit our showroom and experience our latest initiative,” he added.
While a customer waits for their vehicle to be serviced, they can browse through the latest Jaguar and Land Rover models and request for test drives as well. The showroom also houses the innovative Configurator Room, a service that allows customers who wish to purchase a Jaguar or Land Rover, to choose from an infinite amount of specification combinations in order to create a truly unique vehicle.
