Bahrain is nonprofit social organization and registered with the Ministry of Social Affairs; representing approximately 10,000 Gujarati’s in the Kingdom of Bahrain, promoting Indian Cultural and keeping alive social values within. Under the Samaj Mega kite festival is one of the annual event which had been held for last 5 years and continuing the tradition this year also MEGA KITE FESTIVAL would be held on 26th January 2018 in Shakir Desert Camp, Friday, from 9am to 6pm.
MEGA KITE FESTIVAL is all day event for complete family, though the main theme is to fly the kites it would have designated kids play area with attractions like jumping castle, still walkers, balloon twisters, mascots and many more. MEGA KITE FESTIVAL would also have mini bazaar along with long list of menu to choose from food stalls. To keep up the festive tempo, live music, hourly contest and competitions are planned. We would like to invite everyone to come and enjoy the event along with full family.
