Modern Exchange Company, B.S.C.(c), the youngest of the Exchange Companies in Bahrain added another branch to its fast rising presence in the Kingdom of Bahrain by opening its ninth branch in Bengali Market, Manama, yesterday.
The Branch was inaugurated by Mr Mehdi Hasan, Minister and Head of Chancery at Embassy of People’s Republic of Bangladesh in the Kingdom. Mr Abdulla Esam Fakhro, Director, Modern Exchange Company also graced the occasion.
Speaking at the launch, Mr Mehdi Hassan said that he was impressed with the highly customer centric approach of the company and praised the company for espousing the cause of common man by providing free life insurance to all remitters. This, he said, clearly underlined the business approach of the company and that would certainly make the company stand out in a highly competitive market in Bahrain. He also praised the company’s ability to provide instant credit to beneficiary accounts at many banks across remittance corridors and also the SMS notification that the company was sending at both ends of remittance.
Speaking on the side lines, Mr Abdulla Esam Fakhro, Director Modern Exchange Company said that the company was augmenting its presence in the Kingdom quickly so that more and more customers could benefit from its innovative and unique product and service offering. “We would be soon be launching our 10th Branch at Um Al Hassam close to KIMS Hospital, “he further added.
