Ebrahim K. Kanoo recently organized a workshop on Powerful Presentation Skills conducted by International Trainer, Mr. Geoffrey Jarvis from the UK on January 12th, 2016 at the Gulf Hotel. The workshop was attended by 22 Senior Managers from the company.
The workshop was aimed to reinforce individual presentation skills and to enhance speakers to convince, motivate and influence the audience with a more confident approach. The workshop also highlighted different coaching techniques effective to make an impact.
The program covered key topics including, the essentials of a powerful presenter, the effective presentation technique, the three channels of communication, managing state-mind-set and body language as well as making a powerful first impression with the essential steps of preparation. The program was also focused on development of key skillsets to find a ‘hook’ to engage the audience, exposure to impromptu situations to deliver a key message in addition to managing audience attention span whilst conveying passion and energy.
