SaudiGulf Airlines announces the launch of onboard WIFI service

SaudiGulf Airlines announced it has obtained regulatory approval for the activation of WIFI Internet services onboard all its domestic as well as its international flights. The airline, adopting the boutique concept of travelling, aims to reach the highest level of service at every customer touchpoint, and introducing the latest WIFI internet technology onboard is part of its ongoing efforts to provide a convenient and fulfilling travel experience to its passengers.

‘’The successful implementation of the WIFI service further illustrates the elevated level of facilities that SaudiGulf is setting as its new standards of travel, which emphasizes on providing customers with an exceptional level of service onboard’’ said Samer Majali, Chief Executive Officer

Partnering with SITAONAIR, with its digital satellite communication expertise, passengers will now benefit from fast and reliable onboard internet connectivity at affordable rates, which will allow them to stay connected with friends and family during their flight seamlessly.

Further to the onboard internet service, SaudiGulf aircrafts are equipped with premium genuine leather seats, an in-flight entertainment system containing the latest Hollywood blockbusters, Islamic Content, TV Shows, Games and more, offering passengers an exclusive gate-to-gate experience.

These products, in addition to the standard SaudiGulf services such as complementary hot meals, free seat selection and others, stem from an all-inclusive quality approach the company is following to provide the best travel experience possible to its customers.

SaudiGulf Airlines, one of the Abdulhadi Al-Qahtani & Sons group of companies, is currently operating daily flights between Dammam (its hub), Riyadh, Jeddah and Abha and has announced the start of international flights in March to include a twice daily flight between Riyadh and Dubai.
