SCH President inspects KHUH Vaccination Center

Supreme Council for Health (SCH) President, Head of the National Taskforce for Combating COVID-19, Lieutenant-General Dr. Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa paid an inspection field visit to the Vaccination Center at King Hamad University Hospital (KHUH).

KHUH Commander Major General Dr. Shaikh Salman bin Atiyatallah Al Khalifa, was present.

Dr. Shaikh Mohammed affirmed that the national vaccination campaign is proceeding in accordance with the royal directives to provide safe vaccination for COVID-19 and make it available free of charge to all citizens and residents, in support of health security plans to combat the pandemic.

 The inauguration of the vaccination center at KHUH comes as a continuation of the efforts made to provide vaccination in various medical centers in Bahrain to reinforce the precautionary measures within the national efforts of the Team Bahrain led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to confront the pandemic at all levels.

SCH president inspected the facilities to receive citizens and residents who wish to receive vaccination, praising the continuous efforts of the hospital and the national medical team to make it a successful campaign.
