Take care of all your ID card related requirements online

We simplify, we ease, and shorten it all for you! The ID Card online services are offered to serve you better! The citizens and residents of Bahrain deserve no less than the firsthand ID services by the Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA).
Issuing a new card, renewing an expired one or replacing a lost or dam- aged card is now easier than ever, and available online through the National Portal, Bahrain.bh.
The Family Services on Bahrain.bh enable the head of family to conduct any transaction related to the ID card such as renewal of IDs, issuing lost or newborn cards with capability of updating contact details and enquiring on status of all family member requests. The mother may also conduct any ID card related to service for her unmarried children or domestic workers recorded under her name via this service.
New optional features have also been added such as electronically issuing a lost ID card or issuing a card using the previous photo under the condition that the card is not older than one year. New enhancements also included booking an appointment out-of-which available timings are more clearly distinguished to avoid waiting in long queues.
For any suggestions or enquiries on the services, please contact us via the National Suggestions & Complaints System ‘Tawasul’ at Bahrain.bh/ Tawasul, and follow us on @iGAbahrain for more information and updates.
