We met our Chef of the Week, Ashok, who will be showing you how to make our dish of the week, Pesto Crusted Hammour with Basil Pesto.

The ingredients for the Basil Pesto are
Fresh sweet basil leaves – 1 bunch
Cashew nuts – 50grms
Pine nuts – 10grms
Olive oil – 50ml
Garlic – 2 cloves
Dry Rosemary – 2grms
Black pepper – 2grms
Parmesan cheese – finely grated – 10grms
Fresh lemon juice – 10ml
Salt – 1 tea spoon
Yougurt – 25grms
Ginger-garlic paste – 10grms
