VIVA Bahrain, the exclusive telecom partner of Bahrain’s biggest gaming IGN convention, announced a special promotion offering to be available exclusively for the gamers attending the two-day event from October 20th – 21st at Bahrain International Circuit (BIC).
The IGN convention, now in its fifth year, is the region’s biggest film, video games, technology, and comic’s convention, which will be powered by VIVA’s state-of-the-art network and superfast 4G+ connectivity offering complimentary Wi-Fi to young gaming enthusiasts enabling them to experience the latest products and games. The convention will feature the most popular sci-fi and hero movies as well as video games in addition to a regional celebrity line-up including the American professional wrestler and fearless WWE championship and Royal Rumble winner, Rey Mysterio, who holds many championships including World Heavyweight championship, and the Danish actor Pilou Asbaek known as “The Storm” Greyjoy in the 6th season of Game of Thrones, in addition to other celebrities offering fans an opportunity to interact with their favorite artists.
The event which attracted over 9,000 gaming enthusiasts last year, enabled the telecom operator to engage with aspiring young gamers and showcase its wide range of technologically advanced products and services.
This year, VIVA Bahrain will provide free 4G+ Wi-Fi at the event, in addition to its famous ‘Tweet for a Treat’ vending machine that will dispense gifts to gamers visiting its stand on Hall 1.
