VIVA Bahrain’s commitment to human resources development has recently earned it Asia’s Best Employer Brand Award 2017 in Le Meridien, Singapore, making it the only Middle Eastern telecom company recognized at this level for its HR value proposition. This award which comes on the heels of the “GCC Best Employer Brand” Award 2016 and “GCC Excellence in Talent Management” Award, further qualifies VIVA for the World HR Employer Brand Awards 2018.
The award credits VIVA’s employee empowerment strategy that fosters aspirations, concerns and interests of its talent whilst providing opportunities for development of capabilities for its employees.
