VIVA Bahrain named Asia’s Best Employer Brand 2017

VIVA Bahrain’s commitment to human resources development has recently earned it Asia’s Best Employer Brand Award 2017 in Le Meridien, Singapore, making it the only Middle Eastern telecom company recognized at this level for its HR value proposition. This award which comes on the heels of the “GCC Best Employer Brand” Award 2016 and “GCC Excellence in Talent Management” Award, further qualifies VIVA for the World HR Employer Brand Awards 2018.

The award credits VIVA’s employee empowerment strategy that fosters aspirations, concerns and interests of its talent whilst providing opportunities for development of capabilities for its employees. It also comes to recognize VIVA’s strong legacy of supporting the development of the local talent pool through multiple initiatives, events, trainings and programs.

VIVA Bahrain, Chief Human Resource Officer at VIVA Bahrain, Mr. Mohammed Al Khushail said, “It’s a great honor to receive this award which will only strengthen our resolve to work with more dedication towards our HR value proposition.” He elaborated, “We will continue to focus on serving great employee value, investing in the right areas and creating the perfect nurturing and motivating workplace for talent.”

The Asia’s Best Employer Brand Awards ceremony featured the top most employer brands from the entire Asian region, who have delivered exemplary HR Value in Translating and Combining Vision with Strategy; Building line to mesh HR Strategy with Business and Cultivating Competencies for the future to enable building the organization to be future-ready.  The Asia Best Employer Brand Awards is organized by Employer Branding Institute and Stars of the Industry Group, and endorsed by Asian Confederation of Businesses.
