Al Zallaq Real Estate Company signs agreement with Bahrain Triathlon Association to sponsor 10 races in 2018 and host the finish line at their soon to be developed property – Zallaq Springs. The agreement was signed by Shaikh Salman Bin Khalid Al-Khalifa, Chief Operating Officer, Al Zallaq Real Estate Company and Dr. Shaikh Saqer bin Salman Al Khalifa, President of BTA.
Zallaq Springs is an original homegrown concept located in the heart of Zallaq, within the Southern Governorate. It will include water springs, 10 restaurants and cafes and 19 shops surrounded by manmade ponds that cover 3399 m². Zallaq Springs is a unique destination that has been inspired by ideas of international atmospheric spaces including the Japanese Zen gardens; it is being developed to be the first of its kind botanical garden in the Kingdom. The project is spread across an area of 25,338 m², with a spacious car park.
It aspires to provide a platform for athletic communities to retreat to a sanctuary beside their cycling routes, away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
