Intelligent future co. one of the top leaders in the business of investing has announced their intention to participate in the Bahrain International Property Exhibition which will be held between 26 and 28 October.
Through its participation, the company seeks to present several luxury real estate projects built in several cities in Cyprus, which are expected to meet with high demand by Gulf citizens and Arab investors, because of its attractive designs and service facilities including the acquisition of Cypriot citizenship and permanent European residents in addition to make a profitable profit by taking advantage of the Cyprus tax system, which is the lowest fees in all of Europe.

BIPEX is an annual event that brings together major Bahraini real estate investors, development companies, financial institutions, legal institutions and consumers to showcase projects, reach and discuss and make decisions in an open environment. BIPEX is organized by Bahrain Society of Engineers (BSE), and continues to grow as a direct result of increased investment projects among public and private sectors of the economy, the organizers say.
In last year’s BIPEX event, the exhibition highlighted real estate assets worth $60 billion, a significant rise from $52 billion in its previous edition. The 2015 show attracted more than 7,000 unique visitors of whom 24% travelled from outside of Bahrain.
