    Enhanced Identity Card Services

    We will simplify, we will ease and we will shorten it all for you!.. The whole new bunch of enhanced ID Card services have been improved to serve you better!.. The citizens and residents of Bahrain deserve no less than the firsthand ID services revamped by the Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA).

    In order to advance public services and improve their quality, numerous procedures have been developed to raise the performance of the ID Card services – whether you want to issue a new one, renew an expired one or replace a lost or damaged one.

    Got no time or decide you’re better off with a clearing agent?.. Agents can now electronically access the system every day of the week; in contrast to once a week (in the past) to swiftly complete their client’s procedures.

    Other bunch of weighty procedures have also been simplified and updated such as the ID card appointments, data updating, withdrawing of numbers in addition to appointments of individuals who are related to the head of family.

    An eFax has been provided to the Civil Information Record Office as an alternative to the traditional fax to speed the completion of customers’ applications and avoid wasting time.
