First service mobile application in Bahrain

One of the market leaders of the automotive trade, Behbehani Brothers, are proud to announce the recent launch of their new, one-of-its-kind mobile application in Bahrain. A free interactive mobile application available for both Android and iOS users which offers a number of exciting features to support existing and potential customers in all their requirements.

The multi-function mobile application provides customers with several features to ease customer experience when booking their next service or test drive. It provides a list of the latest available offers, as well as the ability to browse the selection of used cars.

On this special occasion, Mr. Steven Hill, General Manager – Motors Division, Behbehani Brothers w.l.l praised this achievement stating, “As part of our continuous efforts we are keen to provide our customers the best experience with Behbehani Brothers. We have developed this mobile application with all the features that customers need to provide them with a platform which will enhance and simplify their interaction with our brands.”

“We are proud that we have achieved this international standard mobile application to support customers and ensure excellence and quality in delivering our services. This achievement stands in-line with our current strategy, to constantly build a stronger customer relationship. With that in mind, we will be adding more features in the next version of our mobile app” he added.

As part of its strategy in improving the digital media channels, Behbehani Brothers w.l.l. has also launched a new ‘Live Chat’ feature on its website. This will help to facilitate all customers’ inquiries with Behbehani Brothers. The live chat is available for all customers to direct their inquiries to Customer Relation Agents.
