As hotels host a large number of dining options across the kingdom, Le Jardin at Ramada By Wyndham, Adliya, in particular, is revamping itself to cater to all taste buds across the island.  Le Jardin, the hotel’s main dining outlet, with an all-day bistro concept, offers guests a casual dining experience, acclaimed for its sumptuous breakfast buffet, à la carte lunch and dinner, enticing monthly specials, selection of beverages and attentive service.

A new recruit and a new feather in Ramada’s hat is Chef Wilfred Coelho, who is currently on a creative disruptive journey to recreate Le Jardin’s menu while staying true to its essence. Chef Wilfred, a pioneer in modern Indian cuisine with accolades such as the Time Out award for his work in It’s Mirchi and years of experience accumulated from around the world from his ventures in South Africa, The Taj in Mumbai and so on, has combined his unwavering love for the kingdom and its people to bring out an interesting display of innovation with his current culinary adventure. He aims at an inclusive menu that satiates everybody’s craving and palette.

For July, the chef has broadened the menu to include some exquisite Italian delights that are bound to wow the crowd. Expanding his Pizza Delights and Pasta Mania menu with perfectly seasoned and flavorsome dishes such as – the Riviera pizza, ladled with Pomodoro sauce, melted mozzarella cheese, shrimp, calamari, black olives, oregano and a fresh hit of basil, A classic Margherita pizza with fresh tomatoes that will make your palate sing. Another addition is yet again a classic staple, the ever famous pepperoni pizza with tangy pepperoni over the chef’s special Pomodoro sauce.

The Pasta Mania menu includes a Fettucine Con Pollo Alfredo with a white sauce unlike another – creamy, silky and packed with bursts of mushroom flavour. Next comes the Penne Alla Gamberi, another seafood masterpiece by the chef with a hint of mushrooms and pepper to elevate the flavour. The third option in this set is bound to leave your tiny tots the happiest – an exceptionally juicy and moist Spaghetti Con Meatballs. Previous options such as the Lasagna Vegetariana and Bolognese Pizza are still on the menu and are favorites of recurring guests.
