Activating the notification features within the BeAware Bahrain, Tawasul, and eTraffic apps will help citizens and residents stay up to date with timely alerts from the General Directorate of Civil Defense. These notifications will not only keep you informed during emergencies but will also enhance awareness of the latest instructions, such as the upcoming launch of the camping season.

Users can easily enable this feature by selecting ‘Notifications’ in their smartphone settings, in addition to enabling the same feature in the setting page of the Tawasul and eTraffic Apps. For your convenience, the list of notifications for users is readily available on the home pages of these applications.

The BeAware Bahrain app, provides health services including appointment bookings, personal information, COVID-related updates, general health guidelines, in addition to copies of your official documents such as ID card, Passport, Birth Certificate and Vehicle Ownership. The eTraffic app allows users to view their traffic records, driving licenses, vehicle information and other data, pay traffic contraventions, and renew vehicle registrations and driving licenses, in addition to a range of other services. The National Suggestions and Complaints System (Tawasul) connects the public with 56 governmental entities directly and conveniently allowing them to submit their suggestions, enquiries, complaints and even thanks and appreciations.

Those who have not yet downloaded the apps can do so by visiting the eGovernment Apps Store at bahrain.bh/apps.
