VIVA Bahrain, the Kingdom’s leading telecom operator has signed an exclusive partnership with leading international brand franchise operator, Alshaya, to provide secure and convenient mobile payments at Alshaya stores, cafes and restaurants in Bahrain, using VIVA Cash. Alshaya’s partnership with VIVA Cash will enhance its customers’ shopping experience by allowing them to use their mobile phones as an easy payment tool for their purchases in the 170-plus establishments that Alshaya Trading Co. operates in Bahrain.
Customers will now be able to use the VIVA Cash app for their diverse lifestyle and shopping needs across an extensive selection of over 50 brands including Starbucks, H&M, Footlocker, Mothercare, Debenhams, P.F. Chang’s, The Cheesecake Factory, Asha’s, Pinkberry, IHOP, The Body Shop, M.A.C, Boots, Pottery Barn, and more.

VIVA Cash can be downloaded for free on the Apple Store and Google Play Store, and is accepted by a wide portfolio of merchants which includes retail, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, medical and healthcare centres, in addition to international remittance services embedded in the application.
