AGU President Announces 3rd Internal Medicine Conference in Bahrain

His Excellency Dr Saad bin Saud Al Fuhaid, President of the Arabian Gulf University (AGU),  emphasised that the university’s organisation of the 3rd Internal Medicine Conference in the Kingdom of Bahrain next May is a testament to the continuous support of the medical sector from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the care and support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

His Excellency further added that this support “motivates us to consistently strive to achieve the noble aspirations and gracious directives to continue the distinguished journey of the medical sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain”.

Moreover,  His Excellency explained that the conference is an extension of the remarkable success achieved in its previous editions, reflecting the AGUs commitment to keeping up with the latest developments in the medical sector, which has a positive impact on the performance of medical professionals in Bahrain, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, and the Arab and international nations.

He stated that AGU is keen to keep interested individuals in the medical sector updated on the latest solutions, innovations, and therapeutic developments related to internal medicine.

“The conference’s organising committee is committed to selecting the best medical experts from the GCC countries and the world to be key speakers in the conference sessions,”

He added, “The conference will be a focal point for internists, researchers, and specialists in the field, providing an opportunity to exchange research and explore advanced experiences in various branches and specialised fields of internal medicine. This comes after its remarkable success in the previous editions.”

The University President emphasised that the medical sector in the GCC countries has achieved numerous accomplishments and successes due to the exceptional care provided by their Majesties and Highnesses, the leaders of the Council’s countries.

He also commended the efforts of Education Plus, the organising company of the conference, for their early preparations for this conference, which will attract attention due to the important topics that the speakers will discuss.
